Dwolla Core Values

In 2019, I was tasked with developing visuals to represent Dwolla's core values. These values support the company's vision and shape its culture, reflecting the principles, beliefs, and philosophies that define its identity. Core values communicate to clients and potential customers what the company stands for and clarify its identity.

The visuals needed to be adaptable and versatile, ensuring they could be effectively used across a range of materials and mediums in the future.

Core Shape

I decided that to maintain consistency with the existing branding, I would base the visual icons on the core hexagon shape featured in the Dwolla logo.

Pattern Design

The icons were designed into a repeatable pattern, intended for use as a background across various materials, enhancing visual recognition and strengthening the brand identity.

T-shirt Design

The icons were screen-printed onto t-shirts and distributed to all employees, allowing them to choose one of the four core values.
